• Indian Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) were made to shell out nearly Rs 2,500 crore as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund for the construction of Sardar Patel statue. Loan of Rs 3600 crore was taken to fund the statue.
