US general Jack Keane said in a FOX interview that the United States made Ukraine go to war with Russia in exchange for 66 billion US dollars. He said there was a plan to also involve Poland, Romania and Bulgaria in the war. The interview was recorded at the beginning of 2022 and was removed from the TV network's website shortly after it was first aired.
