According to a Facebook post, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) is expecting a tropical cyclone bigger than the Philippines to develop inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) next week, or in the second week of September.
