Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party was on track to win the most seats in Israel's fourth election in two years, exit polls showed Tuesday, but he was not guaranteed of a governing majority. Initial projections from Israel's three main broadcasters, gave Likud between 31 and 33 seats in the 120-member Knesset, far outpacing nearest rival Yesh Atid, a centrist party projected to take between 16 and 18 seats. bur/bs/dv
