Spanish businessman Alejandro Agag, the founder and president of the Formula E motor racing series, said Wednesday that he has tested positive for coronavirus. "So sad to have missed my first Formule E race which I must watch from my hotel room in Berlin," he wrote on Instagram from the German capital where the latest event of the championship is taking place. "I have tested positive for Covid-19 on my arrival and I will observe the excellent protocols put in place so that everyone maintains good health. "I will miss everyone in the paddock." Wednesday's race, which was behind closed doors at the site of Tempelhof airport, was the first of six in nine days at the same venue which will close the pandemic-hit 2019-2020 season. bur/bvo/av/dj
