The Netherlands on Wednesday broke the team sprint world record at the track world championships in Berlin after they crossed the line in 41.275 seconds. Jeffrey Hoogland, Harrie Lavreysen and Roy van den Berg beat the previous record of 41.871sec, which was set by Germany in Aguascalientes, Mexico in 2013. cpb/ll/td/jc
