Montpellier's Australian international backrow forward Caleb Timu said Monday he is calling time on his career at the age of 27. "I didn't think this day would come so soon but I've decided to retire from rugby. Just felt it was the right time for me," Timu posted on Instagram. "Blessed to have gotten to live out my childhood dreams and play rugby professionally, play for my country, travel the world and provide for my family," added the Zew Zealand-born Wallaby father of two, who donned the Aussie colours twice in 2018. Timu joned Montpellier in 2019 from Super Rugby outfit Queensland Reds. ll/cdw/lp
