Italy could be on course to become the third major European country to relaunch its elite league, if the meeting between the government and football bodies on Thursday is successful. Belarus never stopped playing and the Faroe Islands kicked off their season on May 9, but of the leagues halted by the Coronavirus pandemic, Germany was the first back into action. Elsewhere, Spain has set a date. The English have just agreed to resume contact training. France has declared its season over. Here is a list of where UEFA members which have clear plans stand.
