Anglo-Dutch meal delivery firm Just Eat Takeaway.com agreed to acquire US company Grubhub to form the world's largest online food delivery company outside of China, the companies announced Wednesday. They said the deal, valued at around $7.3 billion, will position the company for greater growth in the US, a market that remains "underpenetrated," said a press release announcing the transaction. jmb/ft
