The foreign ministers of Turkey and Greece vowed Friday to help each other after their two nations, which have been disputing eastern Mediterranean energy rights, were hit by a major earthquake. "Greek Foreign Minister (Nikos) Dendias called our minister Mevlut Cavusoglu to wish him the best.
