At least one migrant died after a charity vessel sponsored by British street artist Banksy carried out a rescue operation in the Mediterranean as it called for urgent assistance on Friday. The German-flagged Louise Michel "assisted another 130 people - among them many women & children - and nobody is helping!" the vessel said in a Tweet. "There is already one dead person on the boat.
