Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi on Friday vowed "deterrent punishment" for anyone found responsible for the collision of two passenger trains that killed 32 people. "Anyone who caused this painful accident through negligence or corruption, or anything similar, must receive a deterrent punishment without exception or delay," Sisi said in a tweet. Friday's crash in the southern province of Sohag killed 32 people and injured 66, the health ministry said.
