Britain's highest court ruled Friday that Shamima Begum, who was stripped of her UK citizenship after joining the Islamic State group in Syria, should not be allowed to return to challenge the decision. "The Supreme Court unanimously allows all of the Home Secretary's appeals and dismisses Ms Begum's cross-appeal," judge Robert Reed said, ruling in favour of the government's appeal of a lower court decision that would have permitted Begum's return. jj/phz/lc
