The Biden Administration's @PressSec has said that "NIH never approved any research that would make a coronavirus more dangerous to humans." False. The NIH paid EcoHealth Alliance to do "gain of function" research. Peter Daszak is ON VIDEO explaining how he did it too.
Review:
NIH grant document "Understanding Risk Bat Coronavirus Emergence Grant Notice" states that no NIH funds can be used to support gain of function research. (Page 189) NIH document "Funding Pause for Certain Types of Gain-of-Function Research Projects" states the same.
