This information is false. Jacksonville FL has had a 1.9% increase in deaths in the last week alone as of 08-02-21, bringing the city's death total to 1,759 at the time of this note. The city has one of the highest rates of infection not only in FL, but on the east-cost.

Florida stopped reporting county-level deaths on June 4, which explains the graph. "Infections in Jacksonville increased in the past seven days at the fastest rate since the pandemic reached the state" per Jacksonville cases are up 88%, hospitalized up 151% in past 2 weeks:
