This opinion article linked makes the case, based on the evidence, that Kavanaugh has no qualms about overturning Roe, because he declined to block the law from going into effect despite the fact that it restricts first trimester abortions in blatant defiance of Roe.

The Supreme Court didn?t rule on the abortion law itself, they simply ruled on the injunctive relief portion essentially kicking the can down the road as to when the law can be actually challenged based on merit.
