6/ ...the problem being that a) most of said assailants have not been charged for their alleged crimes; and b) these assaults are extraordinarily rare, w/odds of 1 in 500,000 for any given passenger. (Meanwhile, 1 in *3* American women have been sexually assaulted at some point.)

This misrepresents numbers in a way that downplays the magnitude of risk of sexual assault on Lyft vs. general population. The "1 in 3" stat is wrong, NSVRC.org has 1 in 5, with ~9% of that being stranger rape (100% in the Lyft case) The 1:500000 val. isn't sourced, can't be verified.
