Not all of the COVID vaccines, and none FDA approved, use fetal cell lines. For the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, no fetal cell lines were used. The Johnson and Johnson vaccine did use fetal cell cultures, PER.C6, in order to produce and manufacture the vaccine.

Vaccines were developed with cell lines from fetal tissue. No fetuses were aborted directly for vaccine research. Plus, Pfizer and Moderns do not contain those cell lines.
