Republicans promised to overturn Roe v Wade, and they have. Democrats can either abolish the filibuster and expand the court, or do nothing as millions of peoples’ bodies, rights, and lives are sacrificed for far-right minority rule. This shouldn’t be a difficult decision.

Roe v Wade was not overturned. SCOTUS ruled that the law would not be subject to a stay, it takes effect as written, but the actual case is still in the lower courts and there has been no final decision on the law's constitutionality.

While the court states it was not overturned, effectively it is now illegal to perform abortion in Texas for the vast majority of women and allows enforcement to begin immediately "The Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in the most cowardly way possible."
