This isn?t a tweet of misleading or not misleading information, but rather a satirical take on how to kill someone instead of using a gun. The tweet is in bad taste and harmful to the community by joking about killing another human being.

Inciting violence and wishing harm on someone and then trying to say it is philosophical and not menacing is intellectually dishonest. This account should be reprimanded for encouraging violence.
