According to the CDC/NVSS there are zero instances where anyone born without a vagina and uterus have given birth.

Only women can give birth.

Male and a female are genetically determined by the chromosomes that each possesses in the nuclei of the cells. Once sex is determined there is a succession of changes which leads to the development of reproductive hormones. Only females can become pregnant at first ovulation.

When we talk about birthing people, we're being inclusive. It's that simple. We use gender neutral language when talking about pregnancy, because it's not just cis-gender women that can get pregnant and give birth. Reproductive freedom is for *every* body.
